Lisa Appleton strips off to work up a sweat on the beach in freezing Blackpool

Lisa Appleton is well-known for her unusually skimpy work-out gear.

And despite temperatures dipping to -1°, today's workout in Blackpool was no exception.

The former Big Brother star, 48, took to the beach in a seriously tiny pair of blue lycra shorts.

She squashed her boobs into a red lace push-up bra and then added a matching crop top over the top for extra support.
